What time am I scheduled for my free fitness consultation, private yoga flow, nutrition transformation, etc?
Your coach/instructor will reach out to you within 2 business days to find a time that works for your schedule. Keep an eye out for an email (and don’t forget to check the junk inbox just in case). Can’t wait to meet you!

How does online personal training work?
An email will be sent to you shortly after the free fitness consultation with the zoom link that will be used each session, scheduled session times are agreed upon during the fitness consultation.
Log onto zoom on your phone or computer, just be sure to set up your camera so that I can see your whole body. I need to ensure you have proper form throughout each exercise. If you are at a gym for the training sessions and don’t want to talk on your phone then you can type your questions in the zoom chat rather than speaking out loud. I will talk you through everything!
Do I need equipment to do at home personal training?
We can create an exercise program that reaches your goals, with or without much equipment at all! You can get a great workout with nothing but your own bodyweight. However, traditional resistance training with weights will likely help you reach your goals sooner and with more efficiency. In addition to helping you target specific muscles more accurately than with bodyweight alone. A lot of progress can be made with only a few dumbbells! If you have any questions about equipment before you want to commit, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Rescheduling/Cancelations/Late?
Rescheduling and cancelling a session must be communicated 48 hours in advance. A refund will not be given for cancellations within the 48 hour time frame leading up to the training session, all sales are final. This strict policy increases accountability and ultimately adherence to your fitness goals! If you are late to your session, your coach will wait for 15 minutes without any additional communication. If you are late more than 15 minutes communicate with your coach to wait longer. Regardless of how late you are, your session will end at the scheduled time.

Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds or accommodations will be made for digital product purchases. If you are unhappy with other services that you received, please contact explorwell@gmail.com and we will ensure a resolution that you are satisfied with will be made.

Upon purchasing products & services from explorWell, you agree to release explorWell, its coaches/instructors, and all affiliations free from any and all liability of any harm or injury you or your property acquires while using explorWell’s products and services.
